BC Strength Thruster Bands are designed to be used with the Thruster Lite product. The Regular Thruster Band provides approximately 75 - 100 lbs of resistance, and the Strong Thruster Band provides approximately 125 - 150 lbs of resistance.
Please note that these are approximate estimates only, and are dependent on where the bands are attached on the Thruster Lite or Thruster and the range of motion performed during a given exercise.
Your Thruster Bands can be combined to provide multiple levels of resistance.
