From box to mounted in under an hour — three rungs, four wall bolts, one stud finder.
- Concrete / brick - Mount directly with Fischer expansion plugs and BenchK wall-bar screws. Minimum wall thickness 12 cm / 4.7″.
- Wood stud wall - Use the BenchK WHB+S8 (Series 2 / 7) or WH1+S4 (Series 1) wall holder — adjustable slots match standard stud spacing.
- Metal stud wall - Same wall holder kit, paired with the appropriate hardware for metal-stud construction.

The technical detail.
A wall bar made in Poland conforming to European safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 for gymnastic equipment. Rated for 330 lbs (150 kg) max user weight on the wall bar.
BenchK 733 — available in matte black and bone white — combines multifunctional design with the durability of professional sports equipment. Each additional element can be removed by a single adult so you can adjust the height of every component and use it independently of the others.
When the convertible steel pull-up bar PB3 is flipped, it serves as a barbell rest. The maximum barbell weight in that configuration is 441 lbs / 200 kg.
The BenchK B1 workout bench is built without synthetic leather or foam. The back support — and the seat and under-knee rollers — is a single piece of integral polyurethane. The bench is reversible with an additional seat, supporting crunches, weighted presses with barbells or dumbbells at an angle, and vertical pressing variations.
Attach TRX-style straps to any rung and the wall bar opens up as a full bodyweight suspension trainer. The 733 fits into a home, an office, or a public institution — and pairs cleanly with everything else in the BenchK ecosystem.
