BenchK Series 1 is the entry into the BenchK ecosystem — compact, kid-safe, and built from the same European beech and steel as every other product in the line. At 86⅝″ tall it fits beautifully into smaller rooms, kids' spaces, and any home starting a movement practice. Same craftsmanship, smaller footprint.

A Series 1 wall bar is the smallest commitment in the BenchK range — and the easiest one to grow into. Start with mobility work and stretching. Add a wooden pull-up bar when ready. Bring in the dip station and bench as your practice deepens. The frame doesn't change. The training does.

From box to mounted in under an hour — three rungs, four wall bolts, one stud finder.
- Concrete / brick - Mount directly with Fischer expansion plugs and BenchK wall-bar screws. Minimum wall thickness 12 cm / 4.7″.
- Wood stud wall - Use the BenchK WHB+S8 (Series 2 / 7) or WH1+S4 (Series 1) wall holder — adjustable slots match standard stud spacing.
- Metal stud wall - Same wall holder kit, paired with the appropriate hardware for metal-stud construction.

The technical details
A wall bar made in Poland to European safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03. The Series 1 111 + A204 pairs the all-wood 100 ladder with an adjustable wooden pull-up bar AND the BenchK gymnastics kit — a pair of gymnastic rings plus a cotton rope with a wooden swing. Rated for 265 lbs (120 kg) max user weight on the wall bar.
The smallest BenchK family setup: holds up to 265 lbs (120 kg), occupies about 0.5 m² (5.4 ft²) of wall, works as adult fitness gear and a kids' indoor playground at the same time. Every wooden element is hand-oiled with food-grade organic linseed oil.
Stud-wall installs require the WH1+S4 wall holder. Minimum wall thickness for Fischer expansion bolts is 12 cm (4.7"). Drywall isn't a viable substrate.
